This sold-out 2023 event is back for another year. Head to the Fleurieu Peninsula for a very tasty bread-making experience.
You’ll be hosted in Goolwa by Anita Robin – a passionate hospitality veteran also known as The Foodbuilder – and delve into varieties of bread, making your own in the process.
Discover different grains, yeast and sourdough, plus lots of tips and tricks to ensure a perfect loaf.
Included in this Tasting Australia experience are a light lunch, a glass of wine or two, sourdough starter and a recipe booklet.
Anita is a Swiss and Australian national who has trained and worked in both hospitality education and the wider industry for her entire professional life. Cooking lessons, demonstrations, books and products allow Anita to share her experience, skills and passion, with The Foodbuilder named a 2023 Silver finalist for Excellence in Food Tourism in the South Australian Tourism Awards.
Whether you’re new to bread-making or looking to perfect your skills, this four-hour session is sure to inspire.

The Art of Veggie Cuisine
In this 4-hour class, you will make a special soup, vegetable strudel, vegetable hamburger, homemade cannelloni filled with vegetables, sorbets, and dessert.
In a small group atmosphere,
you will receive individual tuition. Included are a light lunch and Kimbolton wines.
You will take away a recipe booklet and memories of a fun and educational class.

Winter Cooking Master Class for Cheese-Lovers
This is a fun-filled afternoon Winter Cooking Masterclass, where cheese is the star of the show! This four-hour culinary journey will take you through the art of creating sumptuous cheese-based dishes, from rich and creamy quiches to delicious gratins. To top it all off, you'll sit around the firepit and enjoy a divine cheese fondue with Kimbolton wine. This class is excellent for fancy food lovers or anyone keen to cook cheesy delights and create great memories.

Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel a reservation for a class, you will receive a full refund for any cancellation made three (3) days or more before the date of the class. Unfortunately, because of expenses incurred by myself, cancellations made two (2) days or fewer before the class date will not be refunded.

You can choose your own direction, consult with me about some ideas, or I can organise a surprise! Either way, I will tailor a class that’s right for you and/or your friends.
Classes can be conducted in the morning, afternoon or even evenings lasting from 3 to 4 hours!
